We sell pure vanilla from Papantla, near Veracruz.
Red and Black mole is sold in the paste form in glass jars. One jar can last for months. It comes from Oaxaca and is used to make a flavourful sauce for meats or vegetables. Every Mexican cook has her own mole recipe but they all include multiple types of chilies and pure Oaxaca chocolate. It’s not too picante but more of a very deep velvety flavour.
Oaxaca is famous for its rich creamy chocolate used in hot chocolate and cooking. We sell 2 varieties; one sweetened with natural cane sugar and almonds and the other pure cocoa.
We also sell a variety of hot sauces made with different chilies. Chipotle has a smokey flavour and habanero and Serrano are more picante.
